Can’t add 2 houses?

How can I add my 2 separate properties on to one account it doesn’t seem to allow me to do this

I’m guessing you have to log in and out of each account each time go from one to another?

Yes. It’s not hard for us to manage two homes and two accounts. Others are more demanding and have a hissy fit. Compared to developing the first filmless X-ray systems, swapping between two accounts is the least of our problems. I’ve read here that some android devices let you have two copies of the app.

What i do is use two email addresses, and use the app for one house and the web inyerfavw for the other.

This is not great. Tado should add multi-premises functionality to the app.
