It would be good if there was a log file so that you could find out which window alerted "open window"

    There is no such thing as a "real" open window detection with tado.......the relevant thermostat is reacting to a "significant drop" in temperature in the room that it is the measuring device..........tado hasn't given you a "window sensor" ........the terminology used by tado is nothing more than a "sales gimmick" to lure in unsuspecting customers.

    I agree with the 'gimmick' label. Open window detection has been triggering recently in rooms that haven't had a door/window opened at all. It's not a feature that anyone would miss if it disappeared.
