Heating Not Turning On

Hi All
I've recently installed the Wireless V3+ replacing a Potterton EP2 (Y Plan).
It appears I've installed it correctly as all lights are on. I've then connected all of my Smart TRV's (including via the app). Everything should be working fine... however, none of the radiators are turning on when requested via the app... I don't suppose anyone has any ideas why?!
With the old controller when I turned on the CH, I would hear the fortic tank heating and then the radiators come on. When I try and start the radiators now via the app, nothing turns on (no noise from fortic tank, radiators are cold).
If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated!

So if it's Y plan the wireless receiver communicates with the mid position valve, have you had a look at Tado's Y plan wiring diagram? And do you need to bridge out an old room thermostat?

I did indeed wire according to the Y Plan according to that diagram. I also used wago's on the old thermostat wires...! Neither the CH or HW are turning on when requested!0

Do you have a test meter to check that when the wireless receiver relays operate a voltage appears on the relevant terminal, and can you check continuity through to the valve and cylinder 'stat?
