New to Tado - I have cast iron rads and never once has my tado hit its target heat.
Can anybody explain what I’m doing wrong? I’ve put the thermostat in my son’s room as he has a monitor in there with the temperature on too so that I can check. I’ve set it to be 21 degrees and the tado and his monitor say 19. It’s been this way for 24hours, never reaching its set temperature.

The symptoms possibly point to local hot spot for the measuring device (TRV) that a large rad may create.
Suggestions: 1. Try using the temperature offset in the room settings? 2. Install a wireless room stat.

Temperature offset is in the room settings. Our dining room trv is near the floor. It has a 2.5 deg C offset.

Ah ok. I think I understand. The temperature is measuring what Tado says it is just not getting up to what I want it to be! Doesn’t seem to get much higher than 19 and fair on air comfort. I think I’ll have to get someone to come and help me!0
