My bridge pairing light keeps flashing and app shows as inactive

Can you be a bit more specific about what setup you have, did you connect it by Ethernet to your router?0

I've bought the wireless v3+ and smart trvs. I've connected everything fine. The bridge is connected to the back of my BT Hub2.
I've tried different ports and also poweri g it from the mains too. But still pairing light keeps flashing and the app shows as inactive0 -
Do you mean the app shows pairing is inactive? I think that’s normal unless you select pairing from the app. If everything is connected I’m not sure what the problem is though.0
