Hi.My Tado radiator Thermostat stop working.On The App is "offline".New battery.Is complety "death".Last connected was 19th December.Next day was complety "death".Someone can help?

    The symptoms sound like a failed TRV. If it's newish, reach out to your supplier for a replacement.
