Away Mode doesn't work

Guys,

I have an active subscription and this is suppose to use the geofencing to put my system into Away mode when me and the wife are away from the area. The system tracks both our phones and does say we are away. But. And this is a big but, the heating still comes on.

I have checked all settings but nothing works. All valves have an away mode setting but this does not kick in.

I have checked app permissions on both phones and everything is as it should be.

If I manually switch to away mode, or open the app then it will do it. But the whole point of the subscription is that it does this automatically for you. I won't be renewing at the moment as it appears to be faulty.

If anyone can help that would be appreciated.

Also a shame that Taco support is so non existent the only way to get help is to ask other users. Useless. Wish I stuck with Nest, at least it worked.
