Factory reset bridge

Hi,

I have changed my Tado setup and giving it to a friend however when she is trying to add the bridge to her account it won’t let her. I can’t give her my account details as I have purchased another Tado system. It’s the V3+ wireless bridge and setup I gave to her as I wanted a wired setup (long story) anyway I’ve tried doing a reset but still she’s unable to add the bridge. Any ideas how I remove it from it being associated with my account? It’s still showing in my app and no option to remove it.

    So to do it, so I had to delete my Tado account which removed the bridge so then setup my new account and just added the devices I wanted! Friend is now able to register the wireless Bridge to her account.
