Heating Gone Off and can’t work out why

I had a system installed around two months ago and up until yesterday afternoon it was fine. I noticed it was getting cold and only looking at the app on my phone I noticed that all rooms were showing offline. Internet is working, I restarted the wall thermostat, the white box with the power, internet and two other lights has a button on top that I pressed down for 10 seconds, read through various community topics and the only thing I could find was the mention that if a room was on ‘manual’ it would made all other rooms do the same. The article says to take off manual mode wait until the next time period change or click on ‘cancel’ . The first I tried without luck and for the second there is not a cancel button.
Any help much appreciated!

I would restart the bridge and, perhaps, the router . . .
