Remove “OVO” energy account from Tado.
Bit of a long shot but I purchased my Tado thermostat through a major hardware store, I was with British Gas when I set it up. Then I moved to OVO energy and there was an option to link my OVO account to TADO. That was ok for a year or so but now I’ve switched to E.on Next and want to remove the annoying OVO logo and the OVO tab on my app and account. Spoke to OVO who were zero help as they don’t have a clue and actually tried suggesting I sign back up with them so I can use it 😂 got to give them 5* for their cheek!
I’ve reached out to Tado but still waiting for a reply a week later. I don’t suppose anyone has had the same issue and resolved it? Long shot I know but you don’t try you never know.

Managed to sort it by contacting Tado who removed the annoying OVO flags on the account and now it’s OVO free. Don’t know why OVO try brand it as theirs if you purchased it elsewhere and not through them but for future reference just reach out to Tado support and they will remove it.0
