Tado is not connecting to internet bridge

Hello, I am a student and I moved in to a studio. I want to put the heating on and it works trough tado! I have the internet bridge and the tado device. The internet bridge is on and works the tado device does not want to pair. It does not want to start. It does not make any light! I am very desperate! Please help me

    If your landlord has left you without heating you should be straight in contact with them, it’s their responsibility to sort it out.
