Hi,

I have wired my tado starter v3 starter kit to my boiler and my tado is turning on and working but not controlling my boiler. It will not turn the boiler on and off when the settings are changed in the app. I have attached 2 photos of before wiring and after if anyone can help.

I can’t tell anything from that wiring. Did you get instructions from tado? They’re usually fairly clear.

Yes I followed the instructions

I would either contact Tado support or double check your wiring, there might be something you overlooked.
