Equipment List and Setup Query

Hi All,

We are undergoing some building works and i am trying to plan my new UFH systems to help explain to the installers how i think it should work as part of switching to Tado which they are not familiar with.

Is the below correct and what equipment would we need to achieve the below? The two extensions are having UFH however the second extension may be electric or a radiator as its such a small space (utility) but thats TBC so can be ignored initially. Thinking that the Y Plan 3 port valve will need changing as it cant ever be fully off?

What Tado kit would I need for this?
