Can I find a wiring diagram for a Hive to S plan Tado receiver?

I'm replacing my Hive system with a Tado wireless system - both with hot water.

I have an S-plan system installed on an Ideal Vogue Max boiler.

When I wire the Tado Receiver I need to know the difference between the S and Y wiring.
