Hi, I'm on holiday at the moment, coming home tomorrow. I just turned onthe heating from abroad but it has been stuck on the same temperature for 2 hours as in the photo. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and got this message in the second photo.

    That issue is known to Tado and they're working to fix it. Normally, closing the app completely or doing a force stop in your device's app settings will get rid of it.

    Your house seems really cold! Perhaps worth looking at improving the insulation as it'll take loads of gas to get it up to 25C.
