What is the gap between the solenoid plunger and the plastic pin?
I am converting my Herz manual radiator valve with this. The document says use the 17mm pin, but when i engage the solenoid head, with no power the solenoid plunger already pushes the pin, advances 1mm. This will make the valve normally closed. The support said, therev should be a gap between the plunger and the pin to prevent an error. I asked what should be that gap or which pin but they dont know. Can someone here help provide that gap?
