Boiler has stopped being called for heat since 25th/26th November

Hi.
I have a wired Tado thermostat in the hallway controlling the boiler, and several tado TRV's. The hallways TRV is setup as being in the same 'room' as the thermostat. Until last weekend everything was working faultlessly.
Now, when a TRV tells the thermostat to call for heat, the TRV will open but the boiler doesn't come on. If I turn all TRV's off for a while and then turn the hallway TRV on then the boiler does come on. I'm still troubleshooting it so haven't discovered a definitive pattern of behaviour, but I'm starting to suspect that maybe a software update has introduced a bug into the thermostat. Has anyone experienced similar or know if there was a software update last weekend?
