Tado Smart Thermostat overheating

Hello all,
I'm having such a huge amount of issues with the smart thermostat and I am paying far too much for the heating for this reason .
To make an example, currently my schedule is to be 13 degrees. It has to be 13 degrees 3 hours ago — instead it's at 21 and still heating.
My heating is always around 20, when the hottest I put is 18 degrees. It's also at 20 degrees while I'm outside — away mode should be on 6.
It's always overheating. I'm spending a fortune.
Does anybody have any idea what can I do? I'm lost.
