ISP routers that work or don't work with Tado Bridge
Probably useful to have a thread that people can search on where users can post experiences with different ISP's routers. Especially useful for bad experiences where the bridge doesn't work or network performance suffers when it's connected
As a start, I have no issues with Tado on my Vodafone THG3000g router. Bridge is connected to LAN port 1 and is powered by the router's own USB. This is the router you'll get if you have a non-Pro contract and works on both full fibre (FTTP) and FTTC connections

Router: Strong 4G 300M
SIM provider: PosteMobile (Italy) - or Iliad (italy)
Bridge doesn't connect (Router led blinking).
I will try to put an ethernet switch between the router and the bridge. I'm probably wasting my time..

TalkTalk’s WiFi hub (Sagem Com Fast 5364 Router) works fine . . .1

As does the Sky HUB SR203.

Interesting that you have no issues. I have the Vodafone THG3000 (no g on the end) 900mbs FTTP connection.
Since installing Tado last week my wifi keeps dropping on all my connected devices.

TP Link Deco M9 works fine, and I have the Tado bridge powered from the on-board USB port

Eero 6 Pro is fine. System is in Bridge mode from Sky SR203.

Not sure if the "g" makes a difference. My bridge is 2 inches behind the router with no issues. I've now had the same router for over 4 years as I was already on Vodafone when I got Tado
The only advice I'd offer is to get a wife extender with ethernet port or powerline adapters so you can move the bridge away from the router

Wife extender might help 🤣 but WiFi extender would be better!

I removed the bridge from the router USB port and powered it from a different socket. Problem resolved without touching the wife. Wife happy her phone has stopped disconnecting.
