How to make this work properly?

Hello guys.
I need some help here… I live in UK, my boiler is the Glow-Worm Betacom 2 24c, so I bought and install the TADO smart v3+(EU combi version). This boiler have a bus connection, I install the thermostat like they showed but when I tried to control using the TADO don’t do anything on the boiler. Can someone help me with this? What I need to do? Someone have the same boiler? Thank you.

    Can you share pictures of the wiring for your installation

    Was the boiler previously on a bus connection or just a relay thermostat? If on relay, there may be wiring changes required in the boiler to make it work on bus

    Hi David. I sent 3 pictures; 1st is the boiler, 2nd open circuit and the last one is the bus connection with - and + already connected.

    I'm not sure but hopefully someone has some experience here. Otherwise, you might need to find a heating engineer who understands bus connections
