I have the wirless tado downstairs so i leave that off when i'm in my office and just want my office and landing so have installed a TRV on each of those radiators. However on the app i just put office and landing on however all the other radiators downstairs still heat up and wondered how i can control it by just using the radiators i need like office and landing. Do i have to have a TRV on every single radiator which will be very expensive.

You do, or just put dumb trvs on the other radiators. I don’t think there’s much of a difference in energy saving if you heat your house to a sensible temperature, though it’s a subject of debate.
