Having trouble finding the right adaptor for for tado TRV to replace a Siemens TRV

I can't a model number on the existing TRV and can't seem to find a way to use chat or email support with photos to locate the correct adaptor.

    To use chat go to Tado home page and click on the orange tab at bottom right. The Bot won't answer your question so ask for technical help, There is a page on Tado that gives the extension pin lenghts for trv pin projections.
