Hi all, very new user of tado.


I've got a couple of question, I hope I can find answer here:


  1. Smart Radiator Thermostat Basic in one of the rooms is recording temperature between 3 and 5 degrees higher than actual, I know I can change it in the app, but last night temperature registered in the device was jumping up and down causing heating to come on and off regularly , how can this be fixed?
  2. When I was setting up rooms in my app yesterday, initially I had a chance to pick whether it was bedroom or living room and that was giving me predefined settings, this option is now gone, or I can find it, can anyone point me in the right direction please?
