Heating constantly on downstairs

I've got two zone heating with my tado wireless plus hot water control.
The downstairs heating turns on when I put the the upstairs on. It's constantly on over night and the temperature matches that of upstairs.
In the app the heating is registering as OFF but it's piping hot on the radiators. I'm also getting an epp error of Not.InList
How do I fix this? I've contacted Tado support but no response yet.
