TRV broken?

Hello,
I have 6 radiators controlled by original Tado TRV’s (called BASIC now I think). If I ask Google to “set all thermostats to xx°” 5 radiators duly oblige but 1 just does what it wants and tries its best to get to 30°. All batteries are newly replaced. Is this a sign that the TRV is failing? Don’t want to miss the BF offer 😂

I'd be highly suspicious of a faulty TRV.

If the TRV is set to "off", even on Alexa if you say "Alexa set the kitchen to 25 degrees"... It will reply "okay" or "the heat is set to 25.."
But it's actually because the TRV was off. Set it to on, then set the temperature0 -
Does the TRV respond to changes made on the Tado app? If not then likely the TRV is faulty
As @SPT mentioned, when changing temps with voice assistants, it appears the valve needs to be set to a temp before it will respond to new temp requests. This has caught me out previously
