Tado TRV Brass Colours

I hope someone can help. We are doing a big renovation and will have polished brass radiator valve housings. We’re happy to replace the tops with our existing Tados but that little silver thread that connects it to the body of the TRV is so annoying. Anyone had any luck replacing these with brass ones? Or any other smart ideas people might have?

It’s not an option to go stainless steel on everything as all our door knobs and hinges etc are all brass.
