Replacing Danfoss TP4000 with Tado

Hi all
Just starting installing my Tado, but it's stated my Danfoss TP4000 is not compatible. Which I find strange as I installed my parents a few years ago with the same Danfoss TP4000 thermostat. Any help would be appreciated.

    It looks to be straightforward? There appears to be a wired and rf version?

    It is straightforward it's wired, but the app won't move forward. It looks like there an issue. No thermostat can be added.

    I was able to replace a danfoss tp4000 today via the Android app. I think there was two tp4000 in the list of models and I just selected the top one.

    Thanks, I contacted Tado, and they have sorted it out 😀
