App stuck on opening screen
The app is stuck on the opening screen saying Tado at the top and the spinning bit at the bottom. Same on my families phones. I am on ios17.0.1 they are still on 16. Is this a bug in the latest version of the app?

Got an answer!
Could you try this:
- Force close the app
- Turn OFF your WiFi
- Turn on mobile data
- Open the app
- If it still does not load, please leave it for 30 seconds, then force close again
- Then open the app
- If the app opens, reactivate WiFi and try browsing a few app screens

In that case it might be an issue with iOS 17. You should still be able to use the web app.0

I have the same issue initially the back and chart icons had disappeared. Tried force closing they were still missing, so deleted and re-installed app went to sign in and the login pane appeared, signed in and now I have an empty pane with a spinning busy ring at the bottom.
Fixed, my router(eero pro 6E) had decided to block app.tado.com, I added it to the allow list and it now works.
