App stuck on opening screen

The app is stuck on the opening screen saying Tado at the top and the spinning bit at the bottom. Same on my families phones. I am on ios17.0.1 they are still on 16. Is this a bug in the latest version of the app?

    Got an answer!

    Could you try this:

    1. Force close the app
    2. Turn OFF your WiFi
    3. Turn on mobile data
    4. Open the app
    5. If it still does not load, please leave it for 30 seconds, then force close again
    6. Then open the app
    7. If the app opens, reactivate WiFi and try browsing a few app screens

  • Try force closing the app. Usually works for me.
  • Done that, and deleting and reinstalling
  • Same here since updating to ios17 the app will not open is server connection down?
  • In that case it might be an issue with iOS 17. You should still be able to use the web app.

    I have the same issue initially the back and chart icons had disappeared. Tried force closing they were still missing, so deleted and re-installed app went to sign in and the login pane appeared, signed in and now I have an empty pane with a spinning busy ring at the bottom.

    Fixed, my router(eero pro 6E) had decided to block app.tado.com, I added it to the allow list and it now works.
