Add imperial units to measurement options in EnergyIQ
Older style meters (pre-smart meters) still provide meter readings in imperial units - cubic feet. This means customers without smart meters cannot use the EnergyIQ, because it only allows you to add meter readings in cubic meters (new style meters).

I have been adding meter readings as cubic meters, and despite contacting Tado several times because the EnergyIQ usage estimates are miles out, they were unable to explain why. I have now realised it is because my meters are in imperial units. I wish Tado had made clear when I started using the system that EnergyIQ does accommodate imperial/pre-smart meters 😓🙈

@sedgy09
I assume you mean "does not" accommodate imperial/pre-smart meters.
I don't think that tado will modify the EnergyIQ feature to accommodate the relatively "small number" of customers who have imperial meters.0 -
The most recent figures (Q3 2022) are that 46% of the population don't have smart meters installed.

Ok @sedgy09 .......let me slightly rephrase my earlier comment.........tado° are unlikely to make this amendment because Imperial Meters are only used in UK.......and that is not a large enough proportion of tado°s marketplace.......so they are very unlikely to accommodate such a relatively small %age of their customer base.
Don't get me wrong I think that they should.......but they won't.
