Provide configurable option for TRV to be a zone controller

I have noticed that in Energy IQ certain rooms consume more energy than others with Bathrooms, and Kitchen being higher on the list.
Although these rooms are smaller, it is clear that the temp drops quicker due to ventilation and extractor fans. As such these TRV's switch on and call for heat at times that the boiler would otherwise be off in a non smart setup.
I believe it would be more efficient if these rooms could operate more like a traditional TRV and only heat if bellow temp and other rooms are calling for heat, but in a case that the rest of the house is a temp do not call for heat in these individual rooms only.
"Allow Call for heat - Y/N" configuration option against the TRV config would fix this.
