Homekit not pairing

Hi, I got my Tado starter kit today but I cant get it to pair

Everything in the Tado app works fine, but with homekit it refuses to work, when I go to "add accessory", scan the homekit code, or type it in myself, I get an error

"The setup code is incorrect"

What can I do?

Yep, my issue isn’t mentioned there at all

I had the same issue it was configured with a different account normally need to factory reset it wipe making sure if done a proper reset is done.

I’ve reset the HomeKit settings by holding the button down and that hasn’t done anything

Is there anything I can do? I've been trying to contact support but ive got no replies
