Manual works, schedule doesn't
Hi, we've been using tado for about 18 months, all working well until our return from holiday this week.
System is wired with an extension kit.
Tado will start the boiler for heating if we set temperature manually via the app or the wired thermostat. However, if we set it to start at a time using the schedule it doesn't start. There's no clicking it noise at the boiler to indicate it trying to start. There's no change in the app, it's not showing the scheduled temperature there either. App is updated.
Any ideas?

@AlexH it really does seem like the system is behaving as if geofencing is on and the system thinks you're away.
A couple of things to double check:
1. I noticed myself yesterday that I returned home from being out and yet my smart thermostat physically on the device thought I was still away. Press the round button on the device and see if the graphic shows a walking person. It took a while to correct itself.
2. Forcibly toggle geofencing away and then home in the app to see if that changes anything.

Send a screenshot from you Smart Schedule tab. Do you have your Geofencing control on?

We don't have geofencing on.

Is your system currently off (frost protection mode)?
You may need to ‘resume schedule’ first.
Possibly a similar problem (confirmed by tado° as an issue)

The schedule switched it between off and heating just fine previously.
To test your idea I have changed the schedule to always being on but at lower and higher temperatures. It makes no difference, the heating remains on frost protection despite the schedule calling for it to be on.0 -
@cbd20 that has resolved it. Thank you0
