New Tado install not firing boiler

Help please - I've wired the wireless programmer in place of the old Drayton one, all lights correct on the programmer, valves activating, wireless stat connected but I can't get the boiler to fire up. Any ideas from anyone would be appreciated. Thanks.

    If you want help, i would provide: make of boiler, whether it’s system or combi, what Tado devices you have installed, how they’re wired to the boiler and ideally photos of your wiring (you can add photos on the desktop version of the forum).
