I have 1 timer in the kitchen and 2 stats 1 on each floor looking at upgrading to tado can I please have some help on what to buy please we are looking at buying 12 smart trvs also

It looks like the timer in your kitchen is controlling two heating zones, so may not be directly compatible.
Do you have a cylinder for stored hot water?
Make and model of timer?
Make and model of thermostats?
