Auto Assist Subscription - Multi home
Hi, I have two homes with tado, both using different email addresses. I use both on a set of devices which are under the same Apple ID. When I purchased the 2nd auto assist subscription, the one for the first house stopped working. I can only see one active subscription in my Apple Subscriptions page. Safe to assume you can’t have auto assist on multiple houses? I have paid for two, but now either actually work. They both keep prompting to restore purchase.

i have the same problem, 2 houses , 2 different mails , i want to.pay in Google Play - they send me to Tado, and Tado.to Google support
What is to do ?
We pay a lot for all devices for 2 houses ...Tado listen and read this ?0 -
i fix my problem , now 2 AutoAssist...with 2 subscriptions ... working Great 😉0
