Wireless temp sensor not triggering boiler

Hi! Just wondering if anyone can else as Tado have not replied to my issue.

I have been running Tado with Nest until yesterday and I replaced my heat link and Nest Stat with the controller and wireless thermostat.

Everything is work ok from the Rad stats and they are triggering the boiler on/off. But the wireless room stat is not. I have deleted the controller and stat and added again, restarted etc. but it refuses to trigger the controller.


Any ideas? Thanks.

    Don't worry all sorted. No controller assigned to the Room, assigned and restarted now working.

    Not sure why you would want that piece of kit not assigned to a controller or why it would be unassigned as default though.
