No connection or heating

Please help.

We have a very old boiler Vaillant and no thermostat.

Had a plumber out last night to connect and set up everything but the receiver won’t connect. I’ve tried to contact customer services and no reply. The heating has now gone off and I’ve got a small baby so house is freezing.

Any tips on getting the receiver to connect. Everything’s set up correctly and it’s not that far away, the pairing light is just flashing.

    Try bringing the bridge closer to the receiver. Is everything registered on the app - can you see the receiver and bridge on there?

    In the meantime you can control the heating manually on the wireless receiver https://support.tado.com/en/articles/4790944-how-can-i-control-my-heating-system-when-the-radio-link-between-the-wireless-temperature-sensor-and-the-wireless-receiver-is-lost
