Why does heating not turn off when the temperature on the thermostat is above desired temperature?
On my schedule the wired thermostat is set to 18 degrees. I select a boost for say 10 minutes up to 25 degrees. After the 10 minutes the temperature raises to 19.1 degrees but the heating does not turn off. I must manually turn off the heating. Why does the thermostat not turn off when the temperature is above 18 degrees after the 10 minutes?

Having a similar problem. Can I ask, if you turn off all rooms from the app on phone, does your boiler respond by turning off?1

Hi, Yes when I turn off all rooms on the app the thermostat stops calling the heat via the boiler and the heating turns off as expected0

Hi GrayDav4276, on the android app I select the 'Boost Heating - all rooms' button. My zone 'Upstairs heating' which displays the temperature changes colors from green to orange. I then click into this orange button and on the next screen at the very bottom I edit the length of time by dragging the small bar until it says 10 minutes.

Frustrating it can go 1 to 1.5 degrees higher without switching off. On the other hand it sometimes does not come on until it is 1 to 1.5 degrees below.0
