Tado Vaillant combi modulate flow

Hi Folks

Been asked a few times on here but I can't find a definitive answer.
Can you get Tado to control the flow temp on a Vaillant combi?

(Bought the wireless Tado starter kit then changed the wireless receiver to EU version to get flow control. Gas guy put it in a year ago on on/off mode. No point getting him back if it can't be done)
