Does Tado Support Exist?
I started a support chat with Tado on Friday morning but they stopped communicating Friday afternoon and I've had no response to my chasers this morning. I've explained that heating is crucial as I have a disabled person in my household and they don't seem to care.
I've ended up buying new components to replace the ones that stopped working, but I guess that from Tado's point of view they get to not honour their warranty and make me spend more with them.
Has anyone else been able to get a response from Tado and do you know if they honour their warranty on their equipment?

If having an absolutely reliable heating system is crucial to you, I’m afraid you’re probably better off looking elsewhere than Tado.3

I'm realising that now. I might have to go back to normal TRVs; they are not as controllable but at least they are reliable.

Have found that asking for tech help works faster than non-specific help. There is an emergency tab on the Chatbot. Have you posted your problem on this forum?
