Does Tado Support Exist?

I started a support chat with Tado on Friday morning but they stopped communicating Friday afternoon and I've had no response to my chasers this morning. I've explained that heating is crucial as I have a disabled person in my household and they don't seem to care.

I've ended up buying new components to replace the ones that stopped working, but I guess that from Tado's point of view they get to not honour their warranty and make me spend more with them.

Has anyone else been able to get a response from Tado and do you know if they honour their warranty on their equipment?
