Auto switch on when connection lost

It appears that when a connection is lost to a zone (say dead battery) or even the internet goes down, the whole system boots up and starts trying to heat the house with no way to stop it. Annoyingly that means the zone that has dropped starts heating and all the radiators that don’t have Tado.
Frustratingly this has happened when on holiday so no way to turn it off until you come home.
Is there a way to set the default of ‘heating on’ when zone/internet connection lost to simply ‘heating off’?
