A week ago my Tado system decided to stop turning the boiler off and if i dont turn the power off it just keeps running ?

I have been using it for a year with no problems until now.

Can anyone help me.

thanks, this just happened to me yesterday and yeah I had done that.

I had to remove the extension box from the terminals and put it back on. it all came back to normal after that... there must be some weird shunt going on

I had similar, boiler stayed on overnight when all controls were on frost setting. Eventually after much back and forth with technical support they replaced the wireless receiver. I wired the new one in exactly the same way and it works properly.

I knew it was a faulty receiver as I replaced it with a standard Honeywell time scheduler that I kept, and that turned the boiler on and off as required.
