Heating comes on when I press water

I have just installed a new tado system with a wireless receiver. I've triple checked the wiring and all seems okay.

However, when I press the test heating button the heating doesn't fire up, yet when I press the test water button the heating fires up.

Is this something anyone else has encountered and if so is there a solution around?

    Just to add to this. I went through the configuration steps to set the receiver to Combi boiler (orange). I now don't have heating when I press the hot water test button (nothing happens) and also don't heating when I press the heating button
