Extension kit needs to be kept loose for it to work
I have had anrw boiler installed, the vaillant ecotec + 637.
The extension kit was relocated in the process of the Install.
However the kit only has power if I don't push the cover onto the wall mount base.
If I push the outer part of the extension kit to sit flush to the wall I lose power to the extension kit.
Any thoughts?

The install look fine. I notice that when the cover is pushed into the wall mount. You can no longer manually press the button at the top.
What specifically is wrong with the installation.0 -
This seems like a hardware issue? Maybe contact our support and get a replacement if you are still within warranty?
