No Remote Access

The attached screen shot is what my Tado app looks like... most day.

Connection is to Tado's server is lost on a VERY regular basis.

The Tado bridge is connected directly to my router. Yet connection is constantly lost.

Most of the time, unplugging the Tado bridge power and reconnecting restore service. Not tonight. Tonight, I still have No Remote Access.

This has gone on for far too long. @tado: Please help.

    @JasonRhiann do all of those rooms have the same zone controller? For example the extension kit/ wireless receiver? I can see you have hot water control so assume you must have one of the above.

    If so, then it could likely be that the zone controller has lost connection to the bridge, rather than the bridge losing connection to the server. This can also cause the effect your seeing above as no room can call for heat without that device connected.
