tado won't recognize my remote
I have a very popular remote control, but tado won't recognize it.

I would attach a picture if I could.. A simple google search would be enough.
If it is not recognized I am doomed to not have "Manual Control"?
The tado keeps turning on and off my AC as it pleases. And the room isn't getting cooler this way....
