Tado Won’t Turn On Hot Water

I have a tado system for a while. Yesterday I ran out of hot water as the tado is not turning on the hot water according to the schedule. It turns on the heating ok.

Issue seemed to have stared after the smart thermostat needed new batteries. I put new ones in and it’s all connected. Have rebooted the extension kit too.

Any ideas as I am desperate to get some hot water back!

    I have the same issue with my TADO system that has just been installed. I have noticed that the hot water does not activate as per the schedule.

    I have the same issue - sometimes it doe and sometimes it doesn't. Now the hot water override button on the receiver doesn't work either the hot water comes on only when the heating is activated. Tried reboting resetting all the usual and obvious but to no avail
