Thermostat Not Following Programming Schedule

Last night the thermostat called for heating, switching on the boiler and heating circuit. It did this although the App and Smart Schedule had the Thermostat programmed to OFF. The App showed the thermostat status as OFF. Even so the thermostat ignored the programming and called for heating.

Any ideas why?

    Hi Fstve, could you get a solution for this problem. I have same problem with couple of my rooms.

    I have a very similar problem here. Thermostat keeps switching out of schedule and heating the house at random. It’s not a low battery issue as I replaced batteries a month ago. Would really love to know why it happens and how to fix it. Thanks!
