How can i completely delete my account on the community.tado.com site

    It should be easier to just be able to delete your own email account from the community database - to ask users to fill out a form giving their passport number, residence, id and dob is unacceptable.

    has to give tado community this information to open their account so why do they need it to delete an account?

    I don't want to have anything to do with Tado.

    I returned the equipment to the dealer and got refunded.

    I was not happy with the functionality of the product. I will never purchase any product anymore of Tado.

    A former Taco support person was not even capable to answer my question. So service wa not adequate either, as it seems to be again the case.

    So yes I want all information about my person be deleted as per GDPR regulations.

    Please make it happen.
